To make a reservation, kindly prepare the following document :

1. Photocopy of Vehicle Grants (Front & Rear) 1
2. Photocopy of Driver IC (Front & Rear) 2
3. Details of Passenger (Name & IC) 3
4. Driver contact number (Important) 3
5. Any others requierment 3

Additional requierment for those who was not the car owner:

1. Authorisation letter from car owner 4

 Important Notes

1. After we receive the document, we will process your request and send the reservation detials to you by SMS or Email.
2. You must send those information to us at least 3 days before departure date, we need to verify all the information with elevant authorities, this will take up to 3 working days.
3. You must make a deposit to us, the deposit amount we will inform you by email or sms (together with the reservation details).
4. Bank Details:

   • Beneficiary Account Number: 3178 1632 22

5. Every vehicle should be in holding area 2 hours before ferry departure for customs inspections. If the vehicle is not available within 2 hours to attend the established, we will cancel the approval form automatically.
